"This was my first experience presenting a piece of work at a conference. It is a relaxed, friendly conference, and the pre-presentation chat with the session chair was really helpful. The audience were attentive, kind and engaging, I think it is an excellent environment for a first-time presenter, both for the experience and to learn from some of the more experienced (and talented!) speakers delivering presentations (I took away quite a few pointers on how to construct and develop my slides for future presentations)."
